MINUTES: On the motion of Mayor Maher, seconded by Trustee Comer, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the reading of the minutes of the October 11, 2005 meeting of the Board of Trustees be waived and that they be and hereby are approved as presented by Clerk Whitcomb.
TREASURER

General Fund - Claims: On the motion of Mayor Maher, seconded by Trustee Comer, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the abstract of Audited Vouchers dated November 7, 2005, for the General Fund, totaling $27,465.81 be and hereby is approved as prepared by Treasurer Tuck.

Small Claims Assessment Refunds : On the motion of Trustee Comer, seconded by Mayor Maher, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the following refunds be approved as prepared by Treasurer Tuck.
OLD BUSINESS
- Fee Schedule: Trustee Baldwin Addressed Board with Fee Schedule modifications. On motion of Trustee Baldwin, seconded by Mayor Maher, it was unanimously RESOLVED to approve the amended Fee Schedule. Fee Schedule addressing A.1.d and A.1.e will be discussed on December 5th.
- Parking Pads: Tabled: Discuss on December 5th.
- Leaf Removal Contract: On motion of Mayor Maher, seconded by Trustee Baldwin, it was unanimously RESOLVED to approve Leaf Removal Contract for one year commencing October 31 and ending December 7, 2005 in the amount of $21,900.
- Trustee Keenan-Office Rental: Tabled: Discuss on December 5th.
- Village Signs-Jake Eisenman: Tabled: Discuss on December 5th.
New Business
- Trustee Keenan: Report Emergency Management meeting of Oct 19, 2005. Tabled: Discuss on December 5th.
- Mayor Maher- Village as Self-Assessor-NYS Assessors Memorandum: State of New York Memo distributed to Board.

- Catch Basin Cleaning: Proposal from City Wide Sewer & Drain Inc. $275.00 per catch
basin.
On the motion of Trustee Comer, seconded by Trustee Baldwin, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the Village accept additional proposals for the cleaning of Village catch basins not to exceed the sum of $300.00 each.
- Purchase of Code Books from General Code: On the motion of Trustee Comer, seconded by Trustee Baldwin, it was unanimously RESOLVED NOT to purchase code books from General Code.
Public Works
- Phyllis Gallo: Curb Cut Request for 23 Locust Ave. (Not present)
- Central Drive safety: letter from Marion C. Samson, 25 Central Drive. The Board discussed speeding and other safety issues. The Board requested Clerk Whitcomb to invite the Port Washington Police to attend the meeting of December 5th.
Tree Report: Report of October 2005 was distributed.
Deputy Clerk - Elisabeth Roberts: On motion of Trustee Comer, seconded by Mayor Maher it was unanimously RESOLVED that the appointment of Elisabeth Roberts to the position of Deputy Village Clerk by Mayor Maher be confirmed by the Board of Trustees at an hourly compensation of $18.00.
There being no further business before the Board, on motion of Trustee Baldwin, seconded by Trustee Keenan, it was RESOLVED that the meeting be and hereby is adjourned.
